Research On The Transformation Of Business Model Of Oufu Talent Company Under The Background Of Sharing Economy

In recent years,with the development of information technology,especially the development of mobile Internet,“Internet +” has become a new business mode explored by all walks of life.Under this background,the sharing economy has developed rapidly,especially in the food,clothing,housing and other services industry has made rapid expansion.In the headhunting industry,the emergence of hunting and hiring network,hooking and other network headhunters,is impacting the traditional headhunting companies.In this paper,the main research object is OUFU Talent Company.Through the analysis of the current situation of OUFU Talent Company's management and headhunting industry,the author expounds the ideas,implementation process and achievements of the business model reform of OUFU Talent Company inspired by the shared economic business model.The structure of this paper is divided into six parts.The key parts of the text are second chapters to fifth chapters.The second chapter mainly introduces the literature review of the shared economy and business model,which is the theoretical basis of this paper.The third chapter mainly introduces the internal and external environment of the company,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,expounds the problems existing in the development of the company,and puts forward the development strategy of the company by SWOT analysis.The fourth chapter introduces the general idea and reform strategy of the business model reform of OUFU Talent Company under the inspiration of shared economy.The fifth chapter introduces the achievements of OUFU Talent Company after the business model reform,as well as the problems,risks and Countermeasures in the management of the new business model.
