With the widespread popularity of Internet technology,sharing economy developed into platform and large-scale,that spawned many new business models.On the other hand,our national economy is currently in a transitional period,competition for jobs increases intensify.Demands to talents is getting higher and higher in the society.However,the study environment at home or cafe shop is not ideal.It greatly affects the efficiency of learning.Public resources such as libraries are seriously in short supply.In just a few years,the entire shared study room industry has achieved explosive development,but enterprises are faced with confusing business models,disorderly competition,low thresholds,high degree of homogeneity and price wars,etc.K Shared Study Room was established in 2014.The company’s main business is shared study rooms and the corresponding reservation system.Currently,there are self-owned brand directly operated study rooms and the corresponding Saa S reservation platform.It is one of the leading companies of the industry.K Shared Study Room achieved good development in the early years.However,due to pandemic of Covid-19 and many competitors,its development and marketing place have faced serious challenges.This paper selects the "Business Model Canvas" as the analysis tool,takes the K-shared study room as the main research object,and analyzes the key business,core resources,important cooperation,value proposition,customer segmentation,customer relationship,channel access,revenue source and cost structure to diagnose the business model of K-shared study room and find its existing problems.Through the diagnosis and analysis of the business model of the K-shared study room,combining with the industry pain points and the trend of business model innovation,this paper believes that the K-shared study room can implement business model replication and business model innovation at the same time to solve the problems of the current business model and build a new business model,to achieve a business model that maximizes value,optimizes competition and sustains profitability.This article provides theoretical and feasible business model improvement suggestions for the K-shared study room,which will help the K-shared study room’s competitive advantage and provides some reference for the development of other shared study rooms in the same industry.
