| By the methods of questionnaire,expert interview and case study,this paper takes 4 Junior High Schools for ethnic groups in Mangshi City as the research object,and selects the physical education teachers and students from 4 Junior High Schools for ethnic groups in Mangshi,including Dehong Middle School for ethnic groups,Mangshi Middle School for ethnic groups,Fapa Middle School for ethnic groups and Zhefang Middle School for ethnic groups as the research object.In order to promote the development of ethnic characteristics 4 Junior High Schools for ethnic groups in Mangshi city and provide reference for the protection and inheritance of ethnic traditional sports culture into the campus,this paper combines the development of ethnic characteristics sports activities in Mangshi Area to create ethnic characteristics sports activities,and conducts practical research in Zhefang Middle School for ethnic groups.According to the survey,the Seventh and Eighth grade students are mainly engaged in running and exercises in breaktime activities,the Ninth grade students are mainly engaged in track and field,rope skipping and other sports related to the middle school entrance examination,with obvious exam oriented characteristics;only one school is engaged in ethnic exercises.The state's attention to traditional culture and the rich ethnic sports cultural resources in Mangshi are the positive factors that affect the development of the for the ethnic characteristics activties popular in the Middle Schools for ethnic groups in Mangshi city.However,the negative factors that affect the development are the constraints of the teachers' strength,the venues,equipment and facilities,the insufficient status of the school's sports work and Examination-oriented education system.This paper takes "Ga Yang Dance" and "Mu NaoDance" collected by Mangshi Cultural Museum as the materials to creat ethnic characteristics breaktime gymnastic according to the principles of purpose,safety,science and art.Selecting three dance steps of traditional GA Yang Dance: "start walking","three steps ofturning around" and "flower picking step",and Mu NAO dance step which simplified into the basic dance step of men and women,creating and designing a 30 minute ethnic characteristic breaktime gymnastic exercise.And promotion plan includ participated by teachers and students,contest and wearing of ethnic costumes.In order to verify the effect of the creation,the Eighth grade students of Zhefang middle school for ethnic groups were selected as the practice objects,and the one-year ethnic characteristic breaktime gymnastic exercise were carried out in breaktime activities,and the Seventh grade students were selected as the comparison objects.The results showed that after participated in the ethnic characteristics breaktime gymnastic,Eighth grade students students were 35.41% more interested in the breaktime activities;the number of students who were slightly sweating increased by60.81%.The number of students who felt happy increased by 45.69%,and those who expressed "very willing" and "more willing" to learn and practice their own ethnic culture increased by 40.49%.On the basis of investigation and experimental research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on carrying out ethnic sports activities in the break time physical activity of Mangshi ethnic middle schools: Further strengthen the propaganda and public opinion guidance;attach importance to and strengthen the construction of the field facilities of the rural minority middle schools;strengthen and attach importance to the construction of the physical education teachers' talent ranks;further strengthen the plan and organization of the large class break activities with ethnic characteristics;To strengthen the scientific evaluation of the ethnic characteristics of large-scale break activities;to establish the Sports Teaching and Research Union of Mang City ethnic middle schools to strengthen the display and exchange of ethnic sports among schools. |
