Research On Teacher Performance Evaluation System Of Shihezi City Junior Middle School Class School

Junior high school education is the key to the implementation of EFA and the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.In recent years,the new curriculum reform in the country,it advocates the students diligent hands,diligent and active exploration and other capabilities of the comprehensive training,which also teachers of the teaching of the new requirements.How to improve the teachers' teaching ability through the teacher performance appraisal system and improve the teaching level of the teachers is the problem of each junior high school.In this paper,first of all,through the research on teachers' performance appraisal related literature,the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview method to shihezi class school at the beginning of the class the teacher performance appraisal system in the investigation.This paper summarized the problems of the performance appraisal village and put forward corresponding solutions to the problem,and laid the foundation for the optimization of teachers' performance evaluation index system.Then,from the perspective of the performance appraisal system,study how to optimize the teachers' performance appraisal system,this paper expounds the train of thought and principle of the new appraisal system design and the evaluation index system and weight,evaluation criteria,performance appraisal to the main method and design process are analyzed.Finally smooth implementation in order to make the optimization of index system,the appraisal main body's recognition,how to scientifically set performance indicators and determine the appraisal cycle and feedback and application of assessment results give reasonable Suggestions.
