The development of education in China needs the support of the service system,and the service system needs to explore new models under the continuous reform of the economic system,so as to promote the all-round development of education in China.In order to change the management system of service and make the service system reform towards modernization,socialization and industrialization,the opinions on further accelerating the socialization reform of colleges and universities were issued,which promoted the reform and development of education service system of middle and high schools.This article through to Dongcheng Junior High School personnel performance appraisal,the present situation of the personnel performance appraisal,the status quo analysis of the existing performance evaluation indexes including middle school personnel,evaluation methods,evaluation cycle,appraisal process and the use of the assessment results,through the analysis of the existing performance evaluation system and its existing problems,and optimize the staff performance appraisal system design,first of all,on the east side of junior high school personnel performance appraisal system to develop a design target and principle;Secondly,the indicators and weights of personnel performance appraisal are designed,and the evaluation criteria of the appraisal grade are designed(object,process,subject,method,cycle).Finally,the results of personnel performance appraisal were tested and performed well,so as to improve the personnel performance appraisal system,and put forward the supporting measures for performance appraisal inplementation,so as to improve the work efficiency and work enthusiasm of Dongcheng Junior High School,and improve the service level and management ability.
