| "The rule of law consciousness" on behalf of citizens or personal understanding on law,familiarity,then represents a citizen or individual can from the inner spiritual support of law and the constitution,abide by the law and maintain the legal authority.The research on the rule of law consciousness of the contemporary university students is of great significance.Through the questionnaire and empirical research,it can well reveal the progress and shortcomings of the contemporary college students in the legal consciousness.Study on Contemporary College Students' awareness of the rule of law,must be closely linked to the socialist spirit of the rule of law and Marx's concept of the rule of law,fully understand the importance of the leadership of the party,the supremacy of law,legislation for the people ";the significance of this research is mainly reflected in three aspects,it is a powerful guarantee for the construction of the rule of law,and an important way to comprehensive development of youth the law of the China.The questionnaire consists of "rule of law cognition","constitution consciousness" and "legal participation" and "the rule of law education";through the research and analysis of the questionnaire,we can find the existence of the rule of law consciousness of contemporary college students is lack of rule of law cognition and constitutional legal consciousness,rule of law and rule of law education in Colleges and universities the lack of participation of poor.The causes of these problems are in four aspects,which are the factors,social factors,family factors and personal factors.In order to improve college students' awareness of the rule of law,we must create a healthy network environment favorable atmosphere,the construction of the rule of law,to teach students to citizen consciousness,the effective way of legal construction,improve their social awareness and legal quality.So we can solve the problem of College Students' awareness of the rule of law in many aspects. |
