Modern education has shifted from teaching purely to imparting knowledge to emphasizing the improvement of students' overall qualities.At the same time,more attention has been paid to the education and cultivation of students' personality,which is regarded as the ultimate goal of modern education.Chinese education,especially high school Chinese education,plays an important role in the systematic education of various disciplines accepted by students.Students' high school language literacy determines their orientation of world outlook,values and outlook on life.The improvement of students' Chinese accomplishment in senior high school depends on the guidance and education of language teachers with good professional accomplishment.In the new curriculum reform,the content,method and means of education have been innovated,but they have never been separated from the category of senior high school Chinese teachers' professional qualities,and are based on this,and for senior high school Chinese teachers,it is also an important force to comprehensively promote the new curriculum reform process,for senior high school Chinese teachers.The smooth promotion of education provides a strong guarantee.This study will be in the forefront of teaching Chinese teachers in senior high school professional knowledge level as a point of view,with questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods,the county's senior high school Chinese teachers have professional qualities of in-depth investigation and analysis,and from the insight into the current high school Chinese teachers ‘professional knowledge structure In the context of the new curriculum reform,the ways to improve the professional knowledge quality of senior Chinese teachers are discussed.At the same time,according to the corresponding survey results,put forward ways and methods to improve the professional knowledge of middle school Chinese teachers,promote the change of teachers ‘teaching methods,and promote the professional development of Chinese teachers.This study mainly includes two aspects: First,based on the investigation and analysis of the current development of professional literacy knowledge of Chinese teachers in Changling County,and through the investigation and mastery of the problems and omissions of high school Chinese teachers in Changling County in the aspects of educational theory knowledge,curriculum knowledge,subject knowledge and subject teaching knowledge.Secondly,in view of the actual situation of senior high school Chinese teachers' professional quality,this paper puts forward some methods and Countermeasures to actively explore the promotion of senior high school Chinese teachers' professional quality from the aspects of teachers themselves,school departments and society.
