The language teacher to be appointed at the starting stage of teachers' growth,this phase is the most plasticity in the process of teacher professional development stage,but also the "critical period" of teacher's professional development,beginning stages of professional development for teachers will deeply affect their entire professional career development quality,therefore,many countries are focusing on beginning teachers' professional development.Chinese is the most national and ethnic characteristics of a subject,Chinese teachers in senior high school in all the education work,under the background of the new curriculum reform,senior high school Chinese teachers,especially the new senior high school Chinese teachers,shoulder the double pressure of teaching development and self-improvement.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the professional development of junior high school Chinese teachers.This research is based on the method of educational narrative research,focusing on the exploration of the professional development process of junior high school Chinese teachers in the real situation.The research partners are three first-time Chinese teachers in Huijia County Senior Middle School.Their working experience is less than three years.According to the chronological order of their growth,the article presents their growth stories in stages in the way of "display".The three teachers have different experiences,different growth modes and different understandings.The author qualitatively describes the professional development of the three teachers,comprehensively explores the cooperative teachers in combination with the actual multidimensional dimensions,and analyzes the problems existing in their professional development.The research points out that the key points for the professional development of Chinese teachers in junior high schools are: educational feelings,professional quality,teaching skills and scientific research ability.Based on the above four key points,the author explored the strategies to promote the professional growth of Chinese teachers in junior high schools.The main contents include the following four aspects: first,through the enlightenment of native families,the construction of normal schools,and the work unit to strengthen the education feelings of junior high school Chinese teachers;Second,strengthen the professional quality of senior high school Chinese teachers by improving reading quality,exercising writing ability and increasing knowledge reserve;Thirdly,through mastering the skills of blackboard writing,enriching the teaching language and optimizing the questioning skills,we can cultivate the teaching skills of senior high school Chinese teachers;Fourthly,integrate resources to help beginner high school Chinese teachers establish scientific research ideas,make them connect with teaching practice and supplement with perfect scientific research guarantee,and improve the scientific research ability of beginner high school Chinese teachers.
