With the development of China's overall economic level,in the process of urban construction and social continuous development,a large number of rural labor force has entered major cities,making important contributions to the country's urbanization and modernization,but the resulting problem of left-behind children has also attracted the attention of the state and society.When the former group of left-behind children were admitted to university,the experience of Left-behind also affected the current psychology and behavior of College students.Paying attention to the healthy growth of this special group of college students and carrying out targeted ideological and political education and research work are realistic requirements to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and also become a brand-new era of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.Through field visits and individual interviews,this paper aims to understand the living situation and existing problems of Left-behind children.On this basis,using the questionnaire and the selected psychological questionnaire,representative universities were selected nationwide to investigate the basic situation,self-worth and self-confidence of college students with left-behind experience.The results show that the proportion of female students with left-behind experience is higher,the willingness to join the Party is stronger,the proportion of student cadres is less,interpersonal skills are insufficient,self-confidence is insufficient,and the value sense of social orientation is low.On the basis of investigation,the analysis of its causes shows that there are not only the lack of family education,but also the inequity of school basic education and the impact of social environment.On the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the psychological education and behavior guidance of college students who have stayed behind.That is to say,we should protect the positive qualities of college students who have stayed behind experience,such as strong identification with the Party and the state,hard work and high satisfaction with the reality.We should also pay attention to the problems of low interpersonal communication ability,low self-confidence and low self-worth of college students who have stayed behind experience.On the macro level,we should promote the effectiveness of ideological education,encourage students to tap the internal motivation of personal growth and establish psychological alienation.This paper puts forward three ways of education and guidance in guiding the crisis early warning mechanism.
