With the development of economy and globalization,the talent competition between enterprises is fierce day by day.Efficient and accurate way of recruiting to be the first choice of the enterprise,executive search handled by headhunters is become a leading role in middle and high level talent recruiting.Headhunting industry in China started late,and need to face complex competition environment,not enough study case and research papers about executive search company development to learn,in the era of the Internet and big data technology fast-changing,under the powerful company extrusion,Research of small growing executive search companies to survive and development is of great significance.This paper is taking Shanghai C executive search company as the research object,using literature research and the analysis of Shanghai C executive search company to explore suitable development strategy of Shanghai C executive search company.Shanghai C executive search company has overseas background,more than 10 years of domestic operating experience,good customer resources from Europe and America,high quality talents database,but its business increasing slowly,scale hard to expand,personnel erosion seriously,efficacy of motivation and performance evaluation mechanism poor.Based on headhunting industry development course,present situation,characteristics,business model to explore the development regularity of headhunting industry,using SWOT analysis tool to identify the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat,based on external environment and internal resource and conditions,using EFE and IFE matrix tools analysis,provide proposals of optimizing development strategy in business and function.The key points of business strategy is to optimize product and adjust the structure of customers.In functional strategy,its need to strengthen the construction of human resources and strengthen the incentives and assessment.Finally propose the strategic implementation safeguard measures.
