Education for 0-6 years old infants,also called early childhood education or preschool education,is currently highly valued around the world because of its important role in personal development.However,in China,due to the unbalance of economic development,high-quality early childhood education resources are concentrated in the economically developed cities.The market demand for better preschool education services in second and third tier cities is growing with economic development,while those cities are short of such kind of resources.This research is a project feasibility study of establishing a high-quality early childhood education centre in Gaoming District of Foshan City.In this study,I used literature research,market research,interviews and field survey methods to collect data,and integrated the management theories into the data analysis,and presented the research in the form of a business proposal.These studies indicate that,comparing to developed countries,preschool education in China is less developed and unequally distributed due to lack of legislation,policy,monitoring and financial support.And because of the economic development,improvement of people’s lives and two-child policy,early education industry is developing well.In Gaoming District of Foshan City,high-quality early education is in short supply,suggesting that setting up a high-quality early childhood center in Gaoming has its feasibility.On the issue of parenting,intellectual development,self-care ability,social skills of children and parent-child relationship are the most concerned problems.In order to solve these problems of parents,we introduce games to our project to improve life self-care ability and social ability of children and solve the problem of behavior bias caused by Inter-generational pro.On the issue of parenting,intellectual development,self-care ability,social skills of children and parent-child relationship are the most concerned problems.Based on the pre-school educational ideal that every child should be healthy,happy and smart,we introduce games to our project to improve life self-care ability and social ability of children and solve the problem of behavior bias caused by Inter-generational pro.At the same time,we use the Internet technology to carry out close cooperation of families and institutions,which will not only enhance parent-child relationship,but also create a unified and harmonious environment for the growth of children.In this BP,the product,organization,management,marketing and other aspects of the project are elaborated,on the basis of these,the financial situation in the next three years are analysed and the conclusion is that the project NPV and internal rate ofreturn are in line with the requirements of the shareholders of the company,so the project can be carried out according to the plan.
