Primary education is the basic link of China's nine-year compulsory education,and it plays an important role in promoting the improvement of the overall quality of the people.The quality of primary education depends mainly on the comprehensive quality of primary school teachers.The decline of job satisfaction of primary school teachers will inevitably affect the quality of primary education,and there are many factors affecting the job satisfaction of primary school teachers,such as regional factors,remuneration packages,work environment and school management system.The influence of different influencing factors on teachers there is a big difference in the degree.What kind of influence factors can have a greater impact on primary school teachers is the main problem in this paper.Based on the research data of primary school teachers in Shijiazhuang City,this paper systematically studies the influencing factors of job satisfaction of primary school teachers from multiple dimensions.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following four aspects:First,the analysis of the role of diversified modern teachers,the role of modern social teachers is attributed to three types of roles: educators,protectors and developers.This paper systematically analyzes and expounds the relevant factors such as job satisfaction,teacher job satisfaction,and teacher salary satisfaction.The two-factor theory and incentive theory are chosen as the theoretical basis for the study of job satisfaction of primary school teachers.Secondly,through the combination of questionnaires and interviews,the status quo of job satisfaction of primary school teachers is investigated,and the following conclusions are drawn: the overall satisfaction of primary school teachers in Shijiazhuang City is in a general state.Job title,preparation,academic qualifications and weekly class time differences will have a significant impact on job satisfaction of different primary school teachers,while gender and age factors have a relatively weak impact on primary school teachers' job satisfaction.Thirdly,on the basis of the survey results,the comprehensive interview records summarize the main influencing factors of job satisfaction of primary school teachers in Shijiazhuang City.After sorting,they are divided into the influencing factors of government and social level,the influencing factors of school management level and the influence of teachers themselves.Fourth,this chapter puts forward the strategy of improving the job satisfaction of primary school teachers in Shijiazhuang City.It mainly conducts systematic research from three dimensions: government and social level,school management level and teachers' own level.The government and social level include moderately improving the standard of salary and treatment for primary school teachers.The system of professional title evaluation system,the improvement of the system of primary school teachers' rights and interests,and the improvement of the social status of primary school teachers;the school management level includes the rational allocation of daily work tasks,the diversification of on-the-job training and training,and the improvement of the teacher assessment mechanism.
