With the progress of educational philosophy and the reform of educational mode,in recent years, the improvement of learners' ability of innovate, cooperate and criticize has been paid more and more attention by the majority of educational researchers. The goal of education is no longer simply to improve the academic performance of the learners. The way of evaluation has great influence on the current situation of exam-oriented education. We cannot deny that the current examination system is the most suitable way to select talents at the present stage, but its disadvantages should not be ignored. Therefore, many scholars began to explore new ways of evaluation in the stage of higher education,in order to better adapt to the needs of today's society for personnel training, and to adapt to the needs of learners' development.Peer review,as a teaching evaluation method, has been widely applied in the teaching field since 1990 s.It is very effective not only for training learners' evaluation ability, but also for learners to understand teaching objectives and achieve better teaching requirements. In the network teaching gradually rise, peer assessment helps to reduce the burden of grading teacher. However,it is also difficult to implement, and the accuracy of students' evaluation is not high,so it is difficult to apply in a large range of practical teaching. In order to improve the application of peer review and explore the problem of low accuracy at the present stage of peer review, this study carried out peer review test with the course of "3D animation design and modeling" in the three grade computer teachers' major of Zhejiang University of Technology as the carrier.By summarizing the previous studies, the main factors that affect the accuracy of peer review are divided into three categories: the evaluators' own factors, the evaluated factors, and the external intervention(training)factors. After analyzing the collected data,we find found that 1)for evaluator's own factors, thier ability, some facets of their learning style had significant effect on evulating accuracy;male evaluators tended to be more accurate than felmale evaluators, and their difference was marginal significant.2)for the factor of evaluated work, the lower quality of the work tended to less accurate evaluation.3)for the external intervention factor, the way of training had significant effect on evaluating accuracy: practice plus feedback from teachers had significant higher accuracy than example learning.has the greatest influence on learners' accuracy, especially in the evaluation training activities of teachers(experts)feedback, and the accuracy of learners' score has been significantly improved. If peer review is implemented in the future,we can attach importance to training and timely feedback,it will be beneficial to the development of evaluation activities and the improvement of learners' evaluation ability.
