Under the background of core accomplishment,critical thinking has been highly valued by scholars at home and abroad,and has become a basic skill for talents in the 21 st century,which can facilitate individuals to establish the innovation mind and train their creative thinking abilities.In the face of the rapid development of information,the advanced ability of critical thinking helps people to acquire and process information in a more flexible and efficient way.Peer assessment is one of the important links in the learning process of learners.It promotes the knowledge construction of learners to a certain extent,encourages learners to think critically,and actively expresses opinions and comments,so as to promote the development of advanced cognitive skills.Blended learning is an important learning method of college courses in the information age,and it is the main direction and core trend of teaching reform.How to design peer evaluation activities to promote individual critical thinking ability in the mixed learning environment is the focus of this study.Based on the two aspects of evaluation activity and critical thinking development combing and analysis of the related research,according to the elements of effective evaluation,evaluation activity goal,evaluation content,evaluation task,evaluation rule and the evaluation method and evaluation of resources and tools six aspects constructing evaluation activity framework to promote the development of critical thinking,and design the specific evaluation process to implement.This study selects the undergraduates majoring in digital media publishing of a university as the research object,carries out two rounds of empirical research based on the professional course "communication",and improves the framework of evaluation activities to verify the changes of learners' critical thinking.The data generated in this study were analyzed from three aspects.First,the questionnaire survey method was adopted.The Chinese version survey of the "California Critical Thinking Disposition and Skills Test was used to conduct a pre and post survey on the critical thinking of learners and analyze the change trend of their critical thinking level.The second is content analytical method.Newman's Critical Thinking Depth Measurement Pattern is used to encode and analyze the discourse generated in the discussion activities to verify the difference in critical thinking depth of learners in each round.Thirdly,interview is used to understand the learner's learning attitude and analyze the rationality of evaluation activities.Through the implementation of two rounds of activities,the conclusions of this study are as follows :(1)with the implementation of each round of activities,the research finds that the overall critical thinking depth of learners is on the rise;(2)from the perspective of critical thinking level,critical thinking ability is on the rise from neutral level to above average level,in terms of the proportion of people,the proportion of learners with weak and neutral critical thinking ability is decreasing,while the proportion of learners with medium to upper level is increasing;(3)the anonymous evaluation mechanism in peer evaluation is more suitable for cultivating the development of students' critical thinking,and the evaluation is more objective and effective.
