The new Chinese curriculum reform is a sample from directive curriculum to creative curriculum of the paradigm transformation. It falls into a crisis which is the absence of creativity in the implementation process. Teachers and students'identical thought and expression hamper the development of creativity seriously. We should reflect on this problem, propose a solution, and liberate the subjects of the curriculum. This paper divided into six chapters. Chapter One mentions that to create a personalized dynamic mother-tongue has become the great responsibility of Chinese education, so we should pay attention to the absence of creativity in the new Chinese curriculum reform.Chapter Two analyzes the historical causes of absent of creativity. The Chinese traditional culture. Pedagogy by Kaiipob and political movement affected Chinese language education. Chapter Three mentions that teachers who have lost their individuality will lead to rigid three-dimensional targets and stiff performance in the class show. A teacher should release the personal teaching creativity through the interpretation of the text, the unique design of teaching and deepen the accomplishment. Chapter Four discusses that Chinese teachers control the expression authority of the class. As a result, students lose their expression opportunity, and ability which can be used to comment on the issue. The paper points out that teachers should release students'expression desire and cultivate their capacity of independent comments, liberate their creativity of study. Chapter Five points out teachers' difficulty in the research work. Teachers should break the narrow theoretical perspective, innovate the style and verbal statements of their research. Chapter Six proposes that we should continue to deepen and perfect the new curriculum reform, adjust the factor that goes against creativity, speed up the system reform of social institutions, cultural values and educational system, etc. As a result, we can promote healthy development of the new Chinese curriculum reform.
