The Design And Realization Of Data Management System For Modern Distant Education Learning Center

With the advancement of national construction of learning society and the improvement of modern distance education,more and more students through the network to upgrade their qualifications.The number of students relying on learning centers is increasing.With the adjustment of national policy,the enrollment competition will be more intense.Learning center service level is becoming more and more important.This is bound to increase tasks of student management.How to solve the problem that the school educational administration platform can not provide the function on student management for the learning center is very necessary.How to improve the utilization of student information and how to provide a better instructional support service are the keys to enhance the competitiveness of learning centers.In this paper,the Data Management System of Modern Distant Education Learning Center is based on the existing educational management system and the public service platform of continuing education in Shandong province,Combined with the actual situation of learning center,which makes the system more targeted and effective.The system uses computer technology to standardize and reshape the process.The system solves the difficulty of data sharing in Learning Center management,reduces the phenomenon of over service.This system improves the efficiency and quality of learning information management and the competitiveness of the Learning Center.This system will use Browser/Server architecture and use SQL Server 2008 as background database and use visual studio 2010 as development environment and use C# language as development language to develop a Web Form website.The system is based on three layer(client layer,business layer,data layer)architecture.The system uses the Fine UI framework to provide a friendly interactive experience.This paper will introduce the system from the following points: the background,the requirements analysis,the system design,the system implementation and testing.The system has been used in Qingdao Learning Center for more than one year.The operation results show that the system has achieved the expected goal and solved some problems.
