A Study On The Mentality Of University Office Youth And Its Working Strategy

Youth,as the most viable and vigorous group,is an important part of the university office management staff,and whether their mentality meets the requirement of universities' development in new times relates directly to the managing and serving level of university offices.Viewed from the current Chinese theoretical system of ideological and political education,the study on the mentality of university office youth is a week part comparatively.It is of great value for promoting the growth and success of university office youth,strengthening universities' moral education force and improving the ideological quality of the youth group.The paper consists of three parts.The first part states relative conceptions and theories,in which university office youth and mentality are defined respectively.Besides,infinitesimal accumulation thought is adopted to conclude the features of university office youth,explore the contents,functions and research value of mentality study,and review the relative theories of mentality study of university office youth.This part emphatically concludes youth view theories and the relevant theory analysis tools.The second part analyses the mentality of university office youth by taking the university of Z as a case.The research shows that the mentality of university office youth is positive generally,while problems like ability lacking,low working level,bad life quality and high working pressure still exist,based on which the causes are analyzed from both internal and external viewpoints.The third part puts forward the working strategies for improving ideological and political work of university office youth,which cover three aspects including strengthening organizational leadership,optimizing growth environment and improving growth systems.
