At present, knowledge-based economy is developing rapidly. Society has put forward new requirements on developing models of education, personnel training requirements and the direction of teachers' professional development. The times call for intelligent teachers. Being an intelligent teacher is not only a state or a realm of the professional development, but also a dynamic , growing process.In the study I have used such methods as theoretical analysis, comparative study, interviews with teachers as well as the analysis of typical cases to study the growth of the intelligent teachers. Try to explore the growing path by analyzing the internal and external constraints. The full text has been divided into six parts specifically:The first part is an introduction. It introduces the purpose of selecting this topic, the significance of this research, the domestic and foreign related research summary as well as this paper research method.The second part is to define the core concept. Based on re-analyzing and defining the meaning of wisdom, educational wisdom, this research clarifies the meaning of intelligent teachers, at the same time it analyzes the related concepts.The third part is about the characteristics of intelligent teachers. By reading a large number of cases of intelligent teachers and analyzing what they have in common, the writer has summed up the characteristics of intelligent teachers: firm faith, curiousness and reflection, agility and wit, unique innovation, freedom and happiness.The fourth part is about the shackles of the intelligent teachers growth. On the basis of interviews with the excellent teachers and new-hand teachers who are from different schools in the same city, this study has summarized the internal and external constraints on the growth of the intelligent teachers.The fifth part is the growth path of intelligent teachers. Based on creating the external harmony environment, improving their own quality of teachers and a dynamic growth process , this study has tried to explore the growth path: From the external environment, at campus, establish the cultural atmosphere of democracy and freedom; create the lifelong learning environment at campus; concern the individual experience of teachers; respect their personal teaching styles; weaken the utility of scientific research; concern the accumulation and reflection of practice; change the concepts and the awareness of teachers' roles and urge teachers to study and reflect and enrich the existing research and training through talking-class, so that talking-class will really become the growth platform for intelligent teachers. In line with the teachers' actual situation during the training. From the teachers, establishing a correct educational ideal which is a prerequisite for the growth of intelligent teachers; breaking through the shackles of teaching habitus which is an important condition for growth; reflection is the main channel; improving the thinking ways is an important measure for teachers. From the dynamic process, Study is the way for the teachers in green-hand period; reflection for them in the experienced period; self-acceptance helps some teachers keep out of plight in the burn-out period.The sixth part is the conclusion. This article mainly reviewed the main contents, the inadequacy of research as well as the future research direction.
