Lifelong learning has become a requirement for learners in the new era,and improving students' autonomous learning ability has become the focus of teaching.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Education Congress that education should promote the all-round development of human beings.Having good autonomous learning ability is the basis of all-round development.However,for a long time,the dependence of middle school students on extracurricular tutoring institutions,the lack of motivation and unclear learning objectives of some middle school students after entering colleges and universities are inconsistent with the requirements of senior high school physics curriculum standards for their autonomous learning ability in2017.This paper starts from this paper,through the questionnaire,conversation and teacher's present situation of students' learning and teachers' teaching.The way of flow is observed and analyzed,the cause is sought,the new teaching method is explored,and the teaching practice is carried out in order to improve it.This paper takes the senior three students of the first Middle School of so-and-so as the object of research and analysis,and finds that the students' reading ability,extraction information ability,independent analysis of problem-solving ability,self-regulation and restraint and planning ability are insufficient.Based on Piaget's constructivism,Thorndike's "insight" theory and Bruner's motivation theory,this paper probes into the teaching methods to guide students' autonomous learning and the classroom teaching mode to cultivate students' core literacy in physics.And pay attention to the implementation of practice in teaching,explore the problem-oriented teaching methods to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability.To solve the problems of students' weak learning ability and not deep thinking,and This paper compares students' physical concepts,scientific inquiry,scientific thinking and scientific attitude before and after practice,and actively explores effective intervention and cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability.Moreover,it is a kind of physics teaching method in which teachers lead students to study independently,and carries on the teaching practice for a period of five months.Although the practice time is short,the students' autonomous learning ability has been well developed,the students' good learning habits and learning methods have been cultivated,and their learning ability and academic achievement have been improved,which has basically achieved the expected purpose of the research.
