As a team of college teachers,college PE teachers require the special nature of their work.They need to teach their students basic skills and skills in daily teaching.They must also lead training,organize sports competitions and campus sports.Cultural activities guide students to develop the idea of lifelong physical exercise.In addition,with the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities in recent years,the number of college students has increased rapidly year by year,the workload of teachers has also risen steadily,the pressure has increased,and the physical load has also increased.Therefore,investigating and researching the physical exercise habits of college physical education teachers will help to urge teachers to actively participate in exercise,set a good example for students,and lay a solid foundation for the completion of school work.Through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,the basic situation of physical education teachers in eight public undergraduate colleges in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia,the determination of physical exercise habits,the formation characteristics of physical exercise habits of different types of physical education teachers,physical education teachers Analyze the relevant factors that form physical exercise habits,and propose corresponding strategies to encourage more physical education teachers to participate in physical exercise to form habits.1.The basic situation survey of physical education teachers shows that in terms of basic composition,physical education teachers are mostly middle-aged,their titles are inverted U-shaped,and the talent structure needs to be optimized.There is a difference in age,title and education(P<0.01).In terms of work,the number of physical education teachers exceeded thestandard and the research time was small.In the case of disease,the overall prevalence rate is higher,and the prevalence rate increases with age,and the prevalence rate of men is higher than that of women.2.In the judgment of physical education teachers' physical exercise habits,the overall degree of physical education teachers participating in physical exercise is higher.Among them,40.3% of teachers have exercise habits,and 59.7% of teachers have no exercise habits.In the statistical analysis of classification,the exercise frequency and exercise intensity reached a low rate,and the exercise duration was reasonable.The continuous participation rate in the past six months was 64.7%.3.Among the physical exercise habits of different types of physical education teachers,the higher the awareness of physical education teachers' awareness of physical exercise,the better the formation of different physical education habits of different genders,ages,academic qualifications,professional titles and body mass index.The selection of physical education teachers' exercise programs is mainly concentrated in outdoor projects,and the exercise methods are mainly companionship exercises.4.The main principles for the formation of physical exercise habits are perseverance,self-consciousness,gradual and regular principles.The main conditions are strong sports awareness,convenient venues,good exercise partners and groups,and Exercise program.5.Factors affecting the formation of physical exercise habits of physical education teachers become diversity,and the proportion of influence is greater on the interest in physical exercise,body and physical quality maintenance,physical health,self-involvement and self-control,and social or school policy guidance.The generation of exercise interest is the beginning of physical exercise.The maintenance of body shape and physical quality is the motivation for exercise.The health of the body is the foundation of exercise persistence.Self-control is the key,and policy guidance is the guarantee.6.The motive characteristics of physical exercise habit formation are:health motivation is the most important motivation for physical educationteachers to participate in physical exercise.Fun motivation is the preferred motivation,while ability motivation and social motivation are related to the expected result of physical exercise.This study investigates and analyzes the physical exercise habits of physical education teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,and summarizes the research results.It is hoped that it provides a basis for the study of physical exercise habits of physical education teachers in Inner Mongolia.
