A Study On Intervention Of Case Work In Community Correction Of Youth Employment Predicament

Community correction teenagers are in a critical period when they enter society.It is difficult to meet the needs of community correction teenagers only through the administration and service of the judicial system.Some city judicial offices have started to purchase social work services to supplement the functions of community correction.The author found in the investigation of community correction youth in Shanwei City that more than half of the community correction youth have employment needs and are facing different degrees of employment difficulties,mainly reflected in the personal level,interpersonal level and social level,which hinder the employment of community correction youth.In the case work service,the author used the case work mode to carry out intervention service for youth in employment difficulties under the perspective of empowerment theory,and achieved certain results.Through the combination of theory and practice,the applicability of case work and empowerment theory is reconsidered,and suggestions to improve community correction case work are put forward.The full text is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the research purpose,research significance,research methods and theoretical perspective of the full text.The second chapter analyzes the causes of the employment dilemma by analyzing the employment situation of the five case owners.The third chapter is about the social workers' case intervention according to the different situations of the five case owners from the perspective of case work mode and empowerment theory.The fourth chapter is a discussion on refining theory and practice on the basis of practice.The fifth chapter is also the last chapter of the full text,which makes reflections and suggestions on services and provides reference for social work intervention on such issues.
