Since November 2016,the Ministry of Education and other 11 departments jointly issued the "Opinions on Promoting the Study Travel of Primary and Secondary School Students",after which the Study Travel has attracted much attention in China's middle school geography education and teaching industry.The development of the research travel base is the premise of the utilization of the research travel base,and the utilization of the research travel base is the deepening of the development of the research travel base.For this reason,schools need to develop a set of teaching base system of the research Travel Geography with complete facilities and complete functions according to the subject characteristics of geography and local geographical characteristics.Only in this way can the value and function of the research travel activities be made.In order to achieve the greatest teaching effect of travel activities in geography research,the significance is fully displayed in the teaching of geography courses.High school geography curriculum is a comprehensive and regional discipline,which includes physical geography,human geography,economic geography,tourism geography and other disciplines,with strong practicality and operability.Developing research travel activities is the best way to cultivate students' comprehensive thinking,regional cognition,geographical practical ability and the concept of human-land coordination in the new geography curriculum standard of senior high school.Therefore,it is particularly important for all schools and research teachers to develop and utilize the high school geography research travel base: it is the way to implement the national education policy and achieve the goal of education of Li De Shu Ren;it is the master of cultivating students' core geographic literacy;it is the prerequisite for the smooth development of research travel activities to achieve the ultimate goal of education;it is to improve teachers' professional literacy,cultivate students' sentiment,and complete.Means of development.After reading a large number of literatures and works on KNOWNET,we have a certain understanding of the related fields of the development and Utilization Strategies of researchtravel bases at home and abroad.We make a statistical analysis of the research travel bases currently developed and utilized in China.Then we investigate the current situation of the development and utilization of Guilin high school geography research travel bases and find out the current situation of Guilin high school geography research travel bases.There are many problems in the field of development and utilization: firstly,the Ministry of Education promulgated the first 204 "National Practical Education Bases for Research and Learning in Primary and Secondary Schools".Guilin has not been listed as a research and learning travel base;secondly,Guilin has the best landscape in the world,which means that Guilin has a huge development and utilization conditions for research and learning travel base,but unfortunately it has not been used by educators;The Ministry of Education and schools in Guilin have not strictly implemented the document requirements of the Ministry of Education and paid no attention to the development and utilization of research travel bases.Fourthly,most of the teachers and students in Guilin senior high schools stay in the traditional teaching form,and there are few geography teachers who are able to carry out research travel activities and insufficient knowledge reserve for students.Based on the goal of cultivating the core accomplishment of geography discipline and the task of national education,aiming at the problems existing in the development and utilization of Guilin's high school geography research travel base at the present stage,based on Guilin's tourism resources,giving full play to the advantages of local resources and the characteristics of geography discipline,through literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey and educational experiment,Guilin's high school is promoted.Strategies for the development and utilization of China Geographic Research Travel Base are put forward: First,Guilin Education Bureau and schools should attach great importance to the development and utilization of Geographic Research Travel Base;secondly,the development and utilization of Guilin Research Travel Base should conform to the characteristics of geographical disciplines and have a‘geographical flavor';thirdly,relying on Guilin's tourism resources to suit local conditions and build a ‘regional,regional' tourism base.Fourthly,schools are required to use the research travel base to carry out teaching and cultivate a group of excellent leaders of geography disciplines for Guilin City.Fifthly,through the research travel activities,students' core geographic literacy can be improved,and a patriotic and family-loving social atmosphere can be created,so as to ultimately achieve the fundamental task of educating the people of Li De Shu.
