In China,rural preschool education has been neglected for a long time,started late and developed slowly,and there are serious problems such as poor kindergarten conditions,low quality and unbalanced development.With the continuous development of economy,preschool education,especially the development of rural preschool education,is increasingly concerned by all walks of life.As the window of rural preschool education,township central kindergartens assume the responsibility of guiding,demonstrating and leading the preschool education work in the township and play an active role in promoting the development of rural preschool education.However,due to the constraints of various factors,there are many problems in the development of township central kindergartens,which not only affect the development of rural preschool education,but also are not conducive to the healthy development of rural preschool children.Therefore,it is an inevitable choice to build township central kindergartens,improve the management system of township central kindergartens,and give full play to their demonstration and radiation functions,so as to narrow the gap between urban and rural preschool education and promote the better development of rural preschool education.The research on the present situation of the construction of central kindergartens in counties and towns can understand the overall situation of thedevelopment of preschool education in counties and towns,and promote the development of rural preschool education,so as to promote the balanced development of urban and rural preschool education.This study adopts the research methods of investigation,interview and literature review to conduct a field survey on the construction status of 9 newly built/renovated township central kindergartens in W county,laibin city,guangxi since the implementation of the three-year action plan for the second phase of preschool education.From the town center kindergarten garden shed construction(percent rate,garden address distribution,situation,all kinds of buildings for the kindergarten class),teaching facilities,equipped with(outdoor facilities,indoor facilities),fund input,teacher team construction,teacher younger than basic situation,director,wang personnel basic situation,the research of scientific research ability,teachers training,and kindergarten management and so on many Angle elaborated the W all center kindergarten construction situation,analyses the problems existing in the construction,and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of township center kindergarten.The research found that the problems existing in the construction process of township central kindergarten in county W include: 1.The construction process of township central kindergarten is slow;2.The construction of hardware facilities should be emphasized while the input of education and teaching activities should be neglected;3.Insufficient financial input and large capital input gap;4.The overall quality of the teachers is not high,and the professional growth of teachers is slow;5.The management mechanism and management system of township central kindergartens are not perfect.According to the analysis of the above problems,the main reasons for the problems are: 1.Insufficient understanding of the construction of township central kindergartens,rural preschool education development is not paid attention to;2.Lack of guiding policies,laws and regulations suitable for the construction and development of township central kindergartens;3.Long-term insufficient investment in preschool education in rural areas;4.Teachers intownship central kindergartens are weak.In view of the existing problems in township central kindergartens,this study puts forward the following countermeasures for further strengthening the construction of township central kindergartens: 1.Establish scientific balanced development concept and scientifically plan the development path of township central kindergarten;2.Planning flexible and diversified training plans for township teachers to improve the overall level of teachers in central kindergartens;3.Introduce the management system corresponding to responsibilities and rights,and standardize th management of township central kindergartens.
