Study On The Balanced Development Of Rural Compulsory Education In Central Region

Education is an important project for people's livelihood.Compulsory education,as the basic education in the entire national education system,plays an important leading role in improving the quality of the people.Advancing the balanced development of compulsory education is an important measure for the full implementation of the spirit of the Nineteenth Congress.Building a strong country in education is a fundamental project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.We must give priority to compulsory education.With the rapid development of our country ' s economy,education in many parts of China is now unbalanced.Many rural families have begun to pay attention to children's education,so that rural children enjoy the same quality education as urban children.In recent years,Pingyao County has actively formulated policies and worked hard to actively coordinate the balanced development of education.The school management level has been continuously improved.Rural teachers tend to be younger and the quality of education has improved.However,the unbalanced development of rural compulsory education in Pingyao County is still serious.This article is a deep-level exploration of the balanced development of rural compulsory education in Pingyao County.It is divided into four parts:The first part of this article is an overview of the balanced development of rural compulsory education in the central region.Expounded the meaning of the balanced development of education,compulsory education and and the balanced development of compulsory education,and analyzed two theories of the balanced development of compulsory education: the theory of public product and the theory of equalization of public services.The second part of this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of unbalanced development of rural compulsory education in Pingyao County.Based on the analysis of the current situation of compulsory education in Pingyao County,it is believed that the unbalanced developmentof rural compulsory education in Pingyao County is mainly reflected in the backwardness of basic schooling conditions,weak teaching staff,non-standard curriculum,small-scale teaching in rural areas and neglect of compulsory education for disabled children.The third part of this paper is the analysis of the reasons for the unbalanced development of rural compulsory education in Pingyao County.The author believes that there are three main reasons for the imbalance in the development of compulsory education.The first is that the government invests heavily in urban and rural areas,and the second is that the process of urbanization leads to excessive differentiation between urban and rural areas.Third,the internal management of the education system does not science.The fourth part of this article is to promote the balanced development of rural compulsory education in the central region.In view of the unbalanced development of the above-mentioned compulsory education in Pingyao county and the reasons behind it,three measures are proposed,such as improving the system and policies,strengthening school management,and paying attention to the education of children with disabilities,on how to promote the balanced development of rural compulsory education in the central region.
