Research On Employment Of Higher Vocational Graduates Majoring In Finance And Economics

The employment of college students has become a a social problem.The employment problem of higher vocational graduates is particularly serious.Employment of higher vocational graduates is particularly serious.In the employment environment,the social status of higher vocational college graduates is rather awkward,their theoretical level is not comparable to that of ordinary undergraduates,and their practical skills have been impacted by secondary vocational students.In addition to vigorously promoting the development of Applied Undergraduates in recent years,a large number of ordinary undergraduates turn from the original theoretical research-oriented direction to the application-oriented direction,and their theoretical and practical level is much higher than that of Higher Vocational students.To make the employment of higher vocational students more difficult.Finance and economics graduates account for a large proportion of the number of Higher Vocational graduates.Many higher vocational colleges offer finance and economics majors.In recent two years,the number of graduates of Finance and economics major in Guangxi higher vocational colleges ranks first,and the first employment rate is the lowest,such as business management in 2017,accounting and statistical accounting in 2018.In order to explore the employment problem of Higher Vocational graduates,the author,based on his years of experience in employment and entrepreneurship guidance,takes the graduates of Finance and economics major in three universities in Guangxi as an example,through questionnaires and other ways to analyze,summarize the experience,and provide reference for promoting the employment of Higher Vocational graduates.The purpose of this paper is to provide employment guidance for the graduates of Higher Vocational education,especially those of Finance and economics;to illustrate the theoretical and practical significance of the Employment Research of higher vocational graduates by means of literature analysis and questionnaire interview;to make a comprehensive analysis of the employment guidance theory and career planning theory of Higher Vocational Graduates at home and abroad.It points out the existing problems and provides theoretical basis for the Employment Research of Higher Vocational graduates.Firstly,a questionnaire survey was conducted among financial graduates,employmentinstructors and employers of three higher vocational schools in Guangxi.The main purpose is to understand the employment situation and income of graduates,and to give suggestions on school employment and entrepreneurship work;the evaluation of full-time and part-time teachers on school employment and entrepreneurship guidance;and the development needs of employers for financial graduates.Requirement,should have the employment ability.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire and interview results of graduates' employment in three higher vocational schools,it is pointed out that the factors affecting the employment of higher vocational graduates mainly include four aspects: school,employment guidance,students and society.In view of the problems existing in employment guidance and the experience and lessons learned from the practice of employment guidance,the author puts forward relevant measures to promote the employment of Higher Vocational graduates.Firstly,in the aspect of school management,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of students' brand,enhance social visibility,and create brand specialty.Secondly,it is necessary to carry out school-enterprise cooperation through multi-minute ways such as order cooperation,so as to improve students' post adaptability and promote their success.Industry.Secondly,at the level of employment guidance,we should strengthen the study of curriculum system to meet the needs of society;strengthen the employment guidance work of schools,improve the guidance level of employment guidance teachers;strengthen the construction of information technology,and recommend graduates to obtain employment through multiple channels.Third,students should promote graduates to change their employment concepts and improve their loyalty to employment;strengthen career planning during school,constantly improve professional ability and social adaptability;strengthen professional learning,obtain relevant vocational qualification certificates,and improve the professional ability of employment.Fourthly,in terms of society and family,government departments should intensify the employment work to ensure the basic treatment and social welfare of graduates;enterprises should strengthen the training of graduates,formulate matching job requirements,and provide appropriate salary treatment;families should change their ideas,strengthen communication with children,understand the actual situation of society,and seek employment posts rationally.In short,the employment of higher vocational graduates is a problem that can only be solved by the joint efforts of schools,individuals and society.
