With Along with the huge expansion of admission,rapid growth of high eductionscale, which lead to more and more fierce market competition, the employment ofvocational college graduates has became an social hot issue gradually. However,as theproduct of popularization of high education, vocational education can’t compete withregular high education both on the running strenth and social recognization andacceptance. It makes the employment situation of the vocational college graduateseem severe. here’re various causes for the serious employment, it may affected byChinese economic development mode, college cultivating way and personality ofindividual. To solve the social problem that affect the socialist economic constructionand the construction of harmonious society, not only depending on the governmentefforts to formulate a series of policies and measures to guarantee the employment ofgraduate but also need higher vocational colleges to build up effective andprofessional employment guidance service system，to help all graduate fully employsuccessfully and smoothly. Through the analysis of the status and problems of Ningbohealth Career Technical College employment service system，the author find that these belowing problems: relatively lagging of employment guidance service concept，weak service team strength，uncomplete service content，and imperfect service systemetc.. Therefore the author hereby suggest to clear the government responsibility forcollege students’ employment service, to improve the concept of employment servicesystem, to innovate working content and methods for employment guidance, tostrengthen analysis of employment situation and policy, to establish service trackingsystem of employment in order to further improve the construction of vocationalcollege graduate employment service system and ensure employment satisfiction ofgraduates in high vocational education.
