With the promotion of China’s vocational education reform,H school got a good chance of development.To comply with the development,H school has carried on the reform of personnel system.As an important part of personnel system,the reform of the salary system directly influences the enthusiasm and value of teachers,the realization of school’s strategic value,the cultivation of talents and the whole development of school.Therefore,the reform of teacher’ salary system has important practical significance.Adopting the salary theories and methodologies of Economics,Management and Psychology,this paper studies the efficiency problem of the reform of H school’s salary system.Firstly,by analyzing the environment of the development of vocational school and the needs of H school’s strategic development,this paper concluded that the necessity and urgency of the reform of school’s salary system,namely,the background and the significance of this paper.Secondly,by analyzing H school’s salary system,combining with the basic conception and fundamental principles of salary design,and learning from the salary system of the vocational schools abroad,this paper tentatively put forwards the salary design and objectively proves that this design is practical and efficient for the development of H school’s Human Resource The salary design is mainly based on the salary of employees,partially based on the position and performance evaluation.The main content of this paper is the salary design of H school.Based on the individual characteristics of the school,the comprehensive analysis of teacher’s working content and responsibility,this paper divided teachers’ work into two categories: one is mainly for administration and the other is for teaching.The salary design starts from the analysis of these two categories based on the principles of arousing the enthusiasm of the employees and reflecting employees’ performance.Based on the knowledge capacity,job responsibility and performance evaluation of employees,the salary design brings in the position evaluation model,broadband salary structure model,professional teachers’ quality ladder model and the performance evaluation model.By improving the design of job description,objectively evaluating indicator and timely giving back the evaluation result,this paper creatively builds the salary system of H school and achieves the goal of H school’s salary system reform.This paper is a typical attempt of applying theory into practice by combing the actual development situation of H school with the salary theories.This paper creatively builds the salary system,which is suitable for the development of H school’s Human Resource development and also has theoretical and practical significance for other similar schools.
