Research On Educational Mechanism In Colleges And Universities From The P Erspective Of Cultural Confidence In The New Era

Since the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China,The genera l secretary xi jinping has repeatedly made cultural confidence an important force fo r cohesion in the new era.In national conference on propaganda and ideological wor k in 2018,xi jinping pointed out that general secretary "complete under the new situ ation of the propaganda work of the mission,must the ideas of socialism with Chine se characteristics in new era and the party's 19 big spirit as a guide,firmly four cons ciousness,consciously assume for flags,morale and people,culture,studies show th at the image of the mission." Education makes the country prosperous,and educatio n makes the country strong.As the main ideological training ground for college stud ents,colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating new pe ople and developing culture for the new era.Only from universities in the new era o f cultural power,by building a reasonable and effective education mechanism,the C hinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture,the culture of socialism w ith Chinese characteristics into the student's study and life,to cultivate the new er a of college students' cultural consciousness,so as to truly set up the new era of coll ege students' cultural confidence and national pride.From the perspective of cultura l self-confidence,this paper takes college students as the research object to study th e construction of higher education mechanism in the new era.The main content incl udes the following four aspects:The first part is the basic explanation of the concept of cultural confidence an d the mechanism of higher education.From the basic concept to grasp what is the cu ltural confidence,the cultural confidence of the root and characteristics of what,th e connotation of the educational mechanism of colleges and universities and cultura l confidence into the specific performance of the educational mechanism of college s and universities.The second part analyzes the current situation of the construction of higher edu cation mechanism from the perspective of cultural confidence in the new era.Throu gh the analysis of the current situation of the educational mechanism,we have a cle arer understanding of the development opportunities and challenges of constructin g the educational mechanism of colleges and universities in the new era.The third part briefly describes the construction logic and optimization of univ ersity education mechanism from the perspective of building cultural confidence in the new era.This part mainly from the concept,logic,structure of the new eraof college education mechanism structure comb and optimize.In order to bette r construct the education mechanism of the new era and provide the theoretical an d practical basis for the cultivation of cultural self-confidence of college students.The fourth part is the construction of higher education mechanism from the per spective of cultural confidence in the new era.This part respectively from educatio n mechanism to guide for lead,teaching education system for the key,the practice e ducation system as the goal,culture education mechanism as the core,the network e ducation system for the pattern,security education system for the key to the six aspe cts are interrelated,realizes the integration between mechanism optimization to buil d the educational mechanism in colleges and universities.
