Research On The Current Situation And Development Of Yan'An Senior High School Sports Associations

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of quality education in senior high schools in China,in order to meet the growing needs of senior high school students for physical activities and improve the original traditional single physical education teaching model,the projects of sports associations in senior high schools are growing day by day.The activities of sports associations in senior high schools are also in line with the spirit of notification of sunshine sports for hundreds of millions of students advocated by the Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Sports.the schools carry out rich and colorful sports association activities,It is beneficial to promote the development of students' physical and mental health,enrich the extracurricular life of senior high school students,and enrich the campus culture.In order to better understand the development of high school sports associations in Yan'an City The present situation and development prospect of this paper,this paper mainly takes the responsible persons of sports associations in 15 senior high schools in Yan'an City,the students participating in sports associations and the guidance teachers of sports associations as the object of investigation,through the methods of literature,interview and questionnaire.The mathematical statistics method makes a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and research on the high school sports associations in Yan'an City,from the basic situation,venue,capital status,management and organization status of the high school sports associations in Yan'an City,and instructs the situation of teachers.This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the development of high school sports associations in Yan'an City by analyzing and summarizing the students' cognition of sports associations and the development prospect of high school sports associations in high school,and draws the following conclusions.Conclusion:1.Every school in Yanan High School has a sports community,with an average of 3-4 sports associations per school,mainly basketball,football and track and field events,the majority of traditional projects,fewer emerging projects,fewer types of projects,fewer people participating in sports associations,and the duration of the event is the afternoon activity class during the week.The number of activities is mainly 1-2 times a week,the activity time is less than 40 minutes mainly,the activity time is short.2.Yanan High School sports community activity venues are basically relying on the university's existing site equipment facilities,sports associations mainly rely on school funding.3.Yanan High School sports associations have rules and regulations,but the rules and regulations are not scientific,the implementation is not very obvious,more formal,the school to the sports community management is relatively loose,not strict enough.4.Yanan High School Sports Association guidance Teachers are the university's physical education teachers,there is no professional sports community guidance teachers,guidance teachers of the special mainly to basketball,athletics mainly,the age of young and middle-aged teachers,education mainly undergraduate,the title of the majority for the Chinese teaching level two.5.Most of the students of the Yanan High School Sports association like to participate in sports community activities,participate in sports community activities mainly in order to relieve learning pressure and meet personal interests.6.they think that participation in sports sources of funding for sports associations and increase their investment.4.We will further improve the rules and regulations of sports associations and strengthen the management of sports associations.5.The community guidance teachers should be strictly checked and trained in many aspects to improve the guidance level of senior high school teachers.6.Standardize the time and frequency of sports association activities,highlight the cultivation of personality and interest of senior high school students.7.Actively study the management experience of out-of-school sports associations and expand our school community activities according to local conditions.In a word,through the investigation and study of the present situation of Yan 'an city's sports associations,we can analyze from both theoretical and practical aspects and put forward constructive suggestions for the sustainable development of Yan 'an city's high school sports associations.Through research,it can also provide reference for the development of other societies.It is hoped that the research can provide corresponding reference suggestions for the long-term development of Yan 'an high school sports
