| The great revival of Chinese nation of modern era is China’s current historicalontological priority.If higher education students can take on the historical responsibility as the backbone of building modern society will have significant influence on achieving our goal of modern society development.Good ideological and political thinking can promote comprehensive development of higher education students,and further development of the society.There exists a lack of effectiveness in our current ideological and political education for higher education.The philosophical theory of intersubjectivity,which is a study of psychological relation between people,provides a new theoretical method for us to take cognizance of our ideological and political education.In this paper,current issues of our ideological and political education will be explored and analyzed,and solutions to improving the relationship between teachers and higher education students during ideological and political education will be proposed,from the perspective of intersubjectivity,with the guide of Marxism.First,by doing studies of Marxism,epistemology and other education related theories,the application of intersubjectivity to finding current issues of ideological and political education is grounded.Second,by doing research in the theory and other relevant theories,many issues have been discovered,such as the weak cohesion of relationship between teachers and students throughout ideological and political education,the broken unity of relationship between teachers and students during the education process,bad influence of educating methods on relationship among subjects,the unmatched environment between education and pluralistic culture in our interconnected society,the management model in higher education institutes hindering the relationship development between teachers and students.From the perspective of intersubjectivity,the main cause of those problems is educators ignoring the primary position for the educated,failing to align their leading roles and dominant roles of the educated.It has been shown as the lack of educators’ care for the educated,educators lacking for intention of pursuing an accomplishment in educating,misusing educating methods,the popularity of networks,and the transformation of society environment,etc.Last,solutions will be addressed,such as changing thinking methods,improving relationships among subjects,innovating educating methods,building an appropriate environment for interacting,and refining management models,to improve relationship between ideological and political education teachers and students and promote the interaction of ideological and political education,further increase effectiveness of ideological and political education for higher education. |
