In recent years,with the increasing demand for practical skilled talents and the continuous improvement of the demand for practical talents,how to improve the learning efficiency and practical ability of secondary vocational students to better adapt to the development of society has become the current The primary task of vocational colleges.At the same time,due to the rapid development and popularization of Internet education technology,online education has begun to receive much attention.Due to its convenience and convenience,it can be paid attention to by many educators.It has become one of the important directions for teachers in secondary vocational colleges to explore teaching.This thesis takes the application of micro-courses in secondary vocational colleges as the research object,takes the marketing course as an example to design the course of micro-course application,and applies the teaching application in the 2018 marketing class of GZSH vocational college to increase student learning.Interests,enhance students' hands-on practical ability,and provide inspiration and help for other teachers to use micro-teaching in the future.This paper first discusses the research status of micro-courses at home and abroad through literature research,understands the shortcomings of traditional teaching and the places that can be used in micro-courses,and expounds the related core concepts of micro-courses and teaching design,and then introduces The theoretical basis related to this research includes constructivist learning theory,cognitive load learning theory and cooperative learning theory.After carrying out the feasibility analysis and demand investigation on the application of micro-teaching activities in secondary vocational education,the preliminary analysis of the micro-teaching activities was carried out.According to the analysis results,the teaching activities were designed.Then use the chapter "Personnel Promotion" in the "Marketing" course to apply the lesson for the teaching case and reflect on it after the end of the course.Through the experimental comparison between the marketing class 1 of the experimental teaching of GZSH Academy and the marketing class 2 of the traditional teaching,the student's interest in learning,the understanding of knowledge and the comparison of the results of the two classes of students are verified.The use of lessons in the design of teaching activities in secondary vocational schools is effective.
