In order to speed up the development of Vocational Education in China,the state has issued a series of top-level design documents to promote the modernization of vocational education with the informatization of Vocational education.The deep integration of vocational education and information technology has become a trend of development.With the further development of Information technology,video teaching has become an important way to spread knowledge of teaching.MOOC,micro class,SPOC and other concepts have been put forward.Mixed teaching has emerged in the process of teaching implementation in colleges and universities,and has gradually become an important way of vocational Vocational Education Informatization.Under the background of the rapid development of modern Internet technology and the widespread popularity of mobile devices,"broadband network school-to-school" has been basically realized,and the construction of digital campus has been basically completed.According to the learning characteristics of secondary vocational school students,this paper gives full play to the advantages of micro-class and traditional classroom teaching,and carries out a mixed teaching practice research based on micro-class.Firstly,on the basis of research background,research purpose and research significance,this paper combs and analyses the current research situation at home and abroad by using literature analysis method,understands the current research situation of micro-course and mixed teaching,and summarizes the existing problems and research gaps as research content.Secondly,it defines the relevant concepts and takes constructivism,Micro-learning theory and education communi-cation theory as the theoretical basis.At the same time,using the interview method,in-depth investigation of students' learning characteristics and learning status quo,the micro-class-based hybrid teaching design.There are mainly teaching objective design,teaching activity design,teaching method design and teaching evaluation design.Finally,taking the course of Marketing as an example,the mixed teaching practice based on micro-courses is carried out.Through questionnaire survey,student learning feedback,interviews and other empirical research on the effect of practice,summed up the hybrid teaching based on micro-lessons,stimulated students' interest in learning,enhanced students' learning initiative,optimized the allocation of teaching resources,and promoted the development of students' autonomous learning ability,cooperative inquiry ability and other abilities.At the same time,it summarizes and analyses the problems and shortcomings in the implementation of mixed teaching,which can provide reference for the reform of Vocational education.
