As the main place for the training of high school teachers,the higher normal school teachers bear the heavy responsibility of transporting qualified geography teachers for high school.Whether their talent training meets the needs of high school geography teachers affects the cultivation of high school students' geographical core literacy and the development of high school geography education.Studying the adaptability of geography science professionals in higher normal schools to the needs of high school geography teachers is not only conducive to optimizing the training path of geography teacher talents in higher normal schools,but also improving the level of geography teachers in high school.However,there is relatively little research on the adaptability of geography science professionals in higher normal schools to the needs of high school geography teachers at present.quantitative and systematic research has yet to be carried out.The thesis is based on the higher normal school founded or managed by the provincial state institutions.Based on the higher normal normal schools directly under the Ministry of Education,the text analysis,questionnaire survey,interview method and differential index method are used to analyze the provincial state institutions.The geography science professional training program of the higher normal school established or managed to understand the current status of geography teachers in high school,and to estimate the geography science professional training of high school teachers established or managed by provincial state institutions.The adaptability of geography science professionals trained by provincial-level national institutions to the needs of high school geography teachers,and finally proposes to improve the geography science professional training of high school teachers founded or managed by provincial state institutions.Adaptive strategy for demand.The main findings are as follows:(1)Higher normal schools established or managed by provincial state institutions have their own characteristics in talent training,but there are places for further improvement.Improvement aspects: First,focus on cultivating the diversity of talents,but it must be in the direction of training students;secondly,the more requirements for talent training should reflect the general and developmental abilities of teachers,but they are not enough in terms of professional ability requirements;third,attach importance to the cultivation of professional compulsory courses,but need to improve the number of courses and the breadth of professional elective courses;fourth,attach importance to the cultivation of geography experiment ability of geography teachers,but the geography field practice courses need to be improved;Fifth,the proportion of teacher education courses needs to be improved;sixth,pay attention to the training of basic courses of student education,But for the balanced coordination between courses needs to be improved.(2)The performance of high school geography teachers in higher normal schools created or managed by provincial state institutions is generally better,but there is still room for further improvement.From the three aspects of teachers' general ability,professional ability and development ability,the questionnaire is used to investigate the current status of high school geography teachers' ability,and the average value of high school geography teachers in higher normal schools created or managed by provincial state institutions is found.For 2.9,it is at a relatively high level,but there is still a certain gap between it and the higher normal schools directly under the Ministry of Education.It is necessary to further improve the cultivation of teachers' ability,so that potential teacher who graduated from higher normal schools established or managed by provincial state institutions are more suitable high school geography teaching.(3)There is a certain distance between the training of geography science professionals in higher normal schools created or managed by provincial state institutions and the needs of geography teachers in high schools.Through the differential index method,the teacher's fit degree is calculated,and the fit between the two is 71.18%,which is at a moderate level,indicating that the geography science professionals in the higher normal schools established or managed by provincial state institutions are trained.There is a certain bias between the needs of high school geography teachers.The research results are based on the relationship between the training of geography science talents in higher normal schools established by provincial state institutions and the needs of geography teachers in high schools.Based on the analysis of the fits between the two,the improvement measures and suggestions are proposed to optimize provincial institutions.The establishment or management of the higher normal school geography teacher training path and the promotion of high school geography teacher education level provides reference.
