This makes the higher normal colleges in personnel training and employment also face a lot of pressure. Second, the ministry of education carry out the free normal education in deploy normal university. With the increasing number of free normal students, Provincial normal colleges’students also face challenges in the aspect of entering a higher school. Provincial normal colleges need conduct a series of reform to face the challenges. Then it can be better to promote their development. Again, there are also a lot of problems in provincial normal colleges in talents cultivation. Such as single teaching form, the course structure is not reasonable, ignore the development of the students’ practice ability, teachers’ professional ability is not strong,and so on.In order to cope with the questions above, provincial normal college must make a series of reform to promote their development. And the reform of the provincial colleges personnel training modes is certainly the key to solve the above problems. In this paper,we take X university for eXample, First of all we can know about the status of personnel training modes in X university. This includes the case analysis to X college,the achievements of X College in personnel training modes and the problems for X College in personnel training modes. Second we eXplore the analysis of the causes of the eXisting problems of personnel training modes for X College. Finally we can put forward the strategy in personnel training modes for X College. In order to promote the personnel training modes and teaching for X College can be better for development.This thesis is based on documentations research, Through the collection and analysis of the eXisting materials on higher normal colleges about the personnel training modes.Then choose the imformation.We can get the imformation through the journals, books and computers. And we can discusses and comprehensive analysis the domestic and foreign research theory. Finally put forward effective strategy for the personnel training modes.
