The free normal student policy's come on in 2006 explains that both the central and local government had pay attention to the levels of education in primary and middle school and the training of the teachers. In recent years, the higher normal colleges had begun their transformation, such as to raise their status, to combine and to integrate their internal organizational structure, marks that China's higher normal colleges' formal ingress of transformation period. Many research and analyses indicate that after the comprehensive transformation, higher normal colleges often pay more attention to the integration instead of the pedagogical quality. These phenomena appear in the fields of school localization, training objective, curriculum provision, teaching method and teaching evaluation. In this case the higher normal colleges lost their enduring distinguishing feature—teacher education. The local teacher's colleges have changed both in their status and roles, and have an obvious dropping in the competitive strength. Nearly two-thirds normal students are cultivated by the local normal colleges. In this case, it is very important to study the local higher normal colleges in the implement of teacher training function and complete of teacher training route during their transition and transformation.The training of normal students is mainly based on the professional study. But how to start the training of "normal sense" and the teacher education from the enrollment ? At present the teacher-training of normal students in normal colleges are mainly focused on the study of several general education courses such as Pedagogy and Psychology. The teaching of these courses, however, is often academic. How to set up teacher education courses, increase efficiency of the courses and improve the quality of the teachers?Focusing on these problems, the writer tries to design a proposal pointing against the online learning resource of normal college students, and solve these problems with the help of Moodle platform. The investigate indicated that the normal students' network learning resource of teacher education is not enough. Learners couldn't achieve the information they wanted or have interactive communication with others for there is no communication venue. Most of the content is presented by text and a few pictures, the present form is very simple and lack of the multimedia presentation which wanted by the learners such as audio frequency and video. There is no pure teacher-training learning resource for normal students.This topic first investigates the status quo of the teacher-training learning resource advance by the Moodle network platform. According a large mounts of questionnaire survey and interviews of teachers and students, the writer made the service conditions and requirement of the network learning resource of teacher education for the normal students by and large. Then the writer put forward a compositional model of teacher-training learning resource, and designed the network teacher-training learning resource for the normal students.The main purposes of the study: First, to explore how to provide the most effective support for teaching and learning of the school's teacher-training courses. Second, to put forward the method that the teacher education must be continued. The idea of the networking teacher-training resources is put forward on this basis. Third, to provide a standing learning space for the normal students, thus it is possible to impenetrate the teacher-training education through the whole education of undergraduate course. In the last place, to supply series of cases for teacher-training education, and made it a learning resources library.At the same time, the informationization is still hanging behind; the costs of continuation education for teachers are very high. Through this case study, the writer hopes to provide a source of reference for the working teachers in their continuation education.
