The goal of training vocational education talents in China requires that secondary vocational education and higher vocational education should cultivate first-line skilled talents.The realization of this training goal needs to pay attention to the training links in the teaching process.In the actual teaching activities,the author found through questionnaires and interviews that there are some problems in the vocational training courses.These problems are manifested in poor teaching results,low classroom efficiency,and lack of effective communication between teachers and students after class.In order to solve these problems,the author studies the "double micro" teaching mode.The "double micro" teaching mode is a teaching mode with micro-course as the core and WeChat as the platform.The article first finds the theoretical basis of the model through literature research,namely,constructivist theory,mixed learning theory,situational cognition and learning theory,and informal learning theory.Then,from the characteristics of the training course,the characteristics of the students' learning,the characteristics of the dual-micro teaching mode,the objective conditions,the teacher and the students' attitude towards the "double micro" teaching mode,the applicability analysis of the "double micro" teaching mode is carried out,and then the "double" The design of the micro-teaching mode finally puts forward the application strategy of “one pre-two,three,four,four communication” in the “double-micro” teaching mode,and based on this strategy,designs specific teaching cases and applies the dual-micro teaching mode to the actual teaching..Through the educational experiment method,it is found that the "double micro" teaching mode can improve students' training performance,reduce students' training time and improve classroom efficiency.In combination with the questionnaire method and interview method,teachers and most students have indicated that they like the “double micro” teaching mode and are willing to accept the “double micro” teaching mode in the practical training class.The innovation of this research is to find a match between the problems existing in the vocational training courses and the "double micro" teaching mode,put forward the application strategy of "double micro" teaching mode,and apply "double micro" in the practical training class.Teaching mode to solve problems.
