About2013, the ministry of education to do a good job of "country culture program" implementation notice requirements of teachers’ practical courses, in principle, of not less than50%, further increasing the proportion of practical training, so as to improve teacher education technique ability. Notice, in response to the ministry of education, colleges and universities of teacher education technique ability training mode and curriculum has a higher request, the training way to innovation, the training content to students as the center, the function of autonomous learning, and constantly practice, which can better enhance the student’s interest in training. In this information age, the study with its convenient, fast, small features more and more get of people like, micro courses make it gradually, be regarded. According to characteristics and requirement of adult learning, the writer try to micro courses as a carrier of the new training content, using the case method, questionnaire survey and so on, to explore strategies of teacher education technical ability training in colleges and universities, and construct the curriculum mode of application, provide training for teachers’ reference model. This thesis is divided into five chapters:First chapter is the research background, research ideas and methods of this research and the research present situation has made a comprehensive analysis and summary, and.expounds the purpose and significance of thesis research, finally sorting out the research content of this paper frame.The second chapter on curriculum and defining the relevant concepts, and elaborated on the basis of the theoretical basis of the research institute.The third chapter through case study analysis of khan, summed up the khan courses and traditional courses differs from that of reference to other researchers understanding of the course, the author combined with the advantages of khan course, analysis summarized the principle and application mode in the process of course in the design.The fourth chapter of first university teacher education technique ability present situation and the need to do the investigation and analysis, to understand the college teachers’ learning styles and needs, and combine the application of the proposed micro course design mode, application skills of teachers in curriculum design, and the micro courses for teachers to experience, finally, the use effect of the teachers were investigated.The fifth chapter of thesis is summarized and prospect. The author on the basis of other researchers understanding of the course it is concluded that the application of micro course mode, this mode has a lot to improve places, expects to provide reference for later research scholars.
