Since the opening of the second child,the social demand for high-quality,practical talents of preschool education talents is increasing,gaos thought also on the secondary vocational school talent cultivation output more and more attention.However,there are still many problems in the practical training courses of preschool education in secondary vocational schools,and there is a mismatch between the training output of preschool students and the high quality requirements of the society.Face now preschool education specialty in the secondary vocational school teaching process with social demand,the lack of "double type" teachers and the difficulty of field practice,practice teaching,the author creatively will double combined with secondary vocational practice teaching,class section training wingsley split into three classes,and created the "double online total guide" practice teaching mode.At present,the research on dual-teacher classroom mainly focuses on the primary and secondary education field with underdeveloped educational resources,and dual-teacher classroom is very rare in the field of secondary vocational schools,which is the value of this research.This study aimed at secondary vocational school of pre-school education professional "double online guide together" the construction of practice teaching mode and research as the main research question,the integrated use of literature study method,experimental method and methods such as questionnaire survey,carried out the research:(1)to "practice teaching" and "double class" the theory of the research status at home and abroad were reviewed and comb.Previous literature has laid a solid foundation for the author's research.(2)the three-stage practical teaching model of "two-teacher online co-guidance" was constructed by analyzing the David cooper learning circle theory,combining with the fstephan model and the learning community theory,and combiningthe training knowledge of preschool education major students in secondary vocational schools and the characteristics of secondary vocational students.(3)the teaching implementation and application of the three-stage practical teaching model of "online co-guidance by two teachers",based on the information platform and classroom of people's vocational school,and based on the practical teaching model,the teaching practice and application evaluation of the theme of "the principle of effective questioning by teachers" are carried out.According to the questionnaire,the validity of the model was tested.Through practice and questionnaire survey,preschool students believe that the three-stage practical teaching model of "two-teacher online co-guidance" plays a positive role in improving practical skills.This teaching mode enriches the teaching plan,and also complements the practical training and teaching of preschool education major in secondary vocational schools,and has certain reference significance for other schools to develop preschool education major.
