Research On The Sports Culture Tourism Industry Development In Wenchang, Hainan

2018 is the starting year of culture and tourism integration,and the developing model of “tourism +” reached in-depth development.Moreover,our country integrated the Ministry of Culture with the National Tourism Administration and the established the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.In the meantime,local government functional departments throughout the country made corresponding adjustments and established functional departments which integrated culture with tourism and other relevant functions,which marked a new pattern of integrated development of culture and tourism.In the same year,Guiding Opinions of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on Supporting Hainan's Comprehensive Deepening of Reform and Opening Up clearly pointed out that we should deepen the supply-sidestructural reform,promote the transformation and upgrading of tourism,speed up the construction of tourism industry system with sightseeing tourism as the foundation,leisure vacation as the focus,sports culture tourism and healthy tourism as the feature,and push forward all-for-one tourism development.Under the strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee,Hainan will comprehensively deepen the reform,and establish the strategic positioning of the "three districts and one center",that is,the construction of a comprehensive deepening reform and opening-up pilot zone,national ecology and culture pilot zone,national major strategic service guarantee zone and international tourism consumption center in Hainan Island,Under such a strategic layout,Hainan economic take-off ushers in a new period of development opportunities,industrial restructuring and quality improvement have new requirements and new challenges.With the development of Hainan tourism entering a new growth period,the development of tourism should take the construction of international tourism Island as the grasp,serve the construction of international tourism consumption Center,and resolutely implement the Central Government's decision-making and deployment,explore new routes of tourism consumption,and promote the deep integration of tourism,culture and sports industry.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's tourism consumption level and the level of spiritual demand have significantly increased,the integration development of sports,culture,tourism and other industries has become an inevitable trend.Hainan's tourism industry has been becoming better and better year after year.Number of inbound tourism people and tourism income have been growing greatly at the same time.However,the development of Hainan tourism in urban and rural areaareunbalanced.In some places,the integration development as well as further development of culture and tourism is poor,industrial development potential needs to be further explored.Through the methods of literature analysis,field investigation,statistical analysis and so on,this paper combs the basic situation of sports culture tourism development at home and abroad,comprehensively analyzes the present situation and target task of sports culture tourism industry in Wenchang,and constructs the implementation path and safeguard measures of Wenchang sports culture tourism industry,this paper hopes to provide reference suggestions for the construction of Haikou-Chengmai-Wengchang integrated economic circle,to be of certain positive significance for providing guidance for the construction of regional international tourism consumption centers with characteristics in Hainan,and the construction of hundreds of thousands Hainan featured tourism towns and villages and the cause of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
