A Study On The Frontier Social Work Thoughts Of Li Anzhai

In recent years,the social problems related to ethnic groups have been complicated and diverse.They have also been going into deeper sense.In the past,the “ethnic work” and “civil affairs” are rigid and non-professional,so they require a professional disciplinary system.In light of this,ethical social work has come into being.As an important field of social work,national social work emerged in the Republic of China.It rose from the frontier social work during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and was once a fad.The most prominent representative is the "Border Work of the Borderland" by Mr.Li Anzhai.This paper explores the inner logic and value concept of Li Anzhai's frontier social work thoughts through the development of the social work of the borderland social work during the Republic of China.On this basis,it explores the important role of Li Anzhai's social work thoughts on the society at that time.It will also discuss the value of the work of today's national society,as a way to discuss the social work thoughts of Li Anzhai's frontier.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first chapter introduces the background of the complex and diverse ethnic issues and the development of the work in ethnic inhabited areas.The purpose and significance of this study is to explore the thoughts and values of Li Anzhai by combing the development of social work in the border areas during the Republic of China.Based on these factors,it explores the important role of Li Anzhai's social work thoughts on the society at that time and the value to the work of today's national society.Secondly,it studies the frontier and development of social work of the Republic of China.Relevant literatures at home and abroad are systematically summarized,and the research status and research deficiencies are reviewed.The second part explains the background of the formation of social work thoughts in the frontier of Li Anzhai.It mainly analyze from social background and personal background of Li Anzhai.The former mainly includes the era of the war of resistance,the development of social work disciplines,the uniqueness of the border areas and the rise and development of frontier research.The latter is mainly from Li Anzhai's study and teaching experience and frontier research experience;the third part focuses on the analysis of content of Li Anzhai's frontier social work,which mainly includes definition,conceptual and theoretical basis,content and main working methods of Li Anzhai's frontier social work thoughts.The fourth part combines the theory and development of current social work,evaluates the social work thoughts of Li Anzhai's frontier and summarizes historical meanings of social work thoughts of the frontiers to the current ethnic social work,namely respecting cultural differences and emphasizing the comprehensive management of border areas.
