The Republic of China is an important period in the development of Social Education.Social Education is an important part of the education of the Republic of China. The legalconstruction of the Social Education of the Republic of China has reached a higher level. Thecause of Social Education has remarkable achievements, which is under the guidance of specificSocial Education regulations. It has a pivotal position in the history of recent education of China.In the development of the cause of Social Education of the Republic of China, Social Educationregulations provide a strong guarantee. The social education laws and regulations of the Republicof China has experienced five times,"bud—prosperity—sluggish—energetic—the War ofResistance Against Japan emergency" and showing the distinctive features of the three aspects oflegislative purpose, legislative body and legislative authority.
