The urban integration of migrant workers is a topic that is self-evident and has not yet ended. This paper uses the data of China's floating population dynamic monitoring survey to describe the current situation of China's migrant workers' urban integration through the application of the index method, and analyzes the factors affecting the integration of migrant workers' cities. It compensated for the shortcomings in the study of the urban integration and influencing factors of migrant workers in the academic circles. At the same time, the comparison of the eastern, central and western regions was carried out in space, and the dynamic dynamics of the two periods of 2012 and 2017 were compared in time. The study finds that the overall integration of urban integration of migrant workers is low in the three dimensions of economic integration, cultural integration and psychological integration.Among them, income is the least important indicator of economic integration, which is the decisive factor for the integration of migrant workers in cities. The urban integration of migrant workers shows regional differences, gender differences and ethnic differences.Compared with the 2012 migrant workers city integration index, the urban integration index of migrant workers in 2017 does not rise and fall.
