| At present,China’s new urbanization construction is in a new stage.More large-scale rural populations have migrated to urban and have even realized the transformation of urban household registration. When the barriers of the household registration system have been broken, what will the urban life of the “rural to urban” do under this background? After all,“rural to urban” is not simply a transformation of household registration, but a process of all-round continuous adaptation and integration with urban society. From the literature review,it is found that:(1)the research on social integration, currently focusing more on the migrant population in the initial stage, and less on the social integration after household registration conversion;(2)due to the different subjective willingness of household registration transformation,“rural to urban” groups can be divided into active and passive citizens.Until now, there is blank in the academic field, which will promote the subdivision of research objects;(3)using the perspective of human capital to explain the impact of different dimensions of social integration in “rural to urban” groups. It also supplements the lack of current academic field. Therefore, from the perspective of human capital, this study focuses on the impact on the transformation of “rural to un-urban” and the social integration of internal groups.CSS2011 data was mainly used, and SPSS was used to perform multiple linear regression and logistic regression analysis on this. The education and work experience are used to measure the independent variable of human capital. The social integration include: economic integration, cultural integration, psychological integration and identity integration, are measured respectively by personal relative income, amateur sports life, communication willingness, and identity. In addition, the length of non-agricultural household registration was added to explore the differences between active citizens and the passive citizens in the process of social integration.Through the analysis and research, the author finds that: i.The impact of human capital on the social integration of rural to urban:(1)Human capital has a positive impact on the economic integration of “rural to urban”.The level of economic integration of active citizens is better than passive citizens.Among them, the higher the level of education and the richer the work experience in certain time, the deeper degree of economic integration.(2)Human capital helps to bridge the gap in cultural integration between active and passive citizens. With the increase of working hours, the cultural behaviors characteristics of “ rural to urban” have become better.(3)Human capital has gradually narrowed the gap in the psychological integration of “rural to urban” groups.Among them, work experience will improve the level of psychological integration, but in terms of education level, the unrural with lower education background have a higher level of psychological integration than those with higher.(4)The impact of human capital has no significant on the integration of “rural to urban”(active citizens and passive citizens).ii.The impact of “length to obtain urban household registration” and human capital on social integration:(1)Within a certain period of urban household registration, the degree of economic integration of “rural to urban” will be better, and active citizens will be better than passive citizens. However, with the increase of urban household registration time, the education level will have a negative effect, the positive impact of work experience will also weaken;(2)With the increase of non-agricultural household registration time, the cultural integration gap between active and passive citizens is smaller. With the influence of human capital, the higher education level and richer work experience, the better cultural integration degree;(3)The longer the urban household registration is obtained, the smaller the psychological integration gap between active citizens and passive citizens.Compared with the working years, the higher the level of education, the higher the degree of psychological integration;(4)the longer the time to obtain urban household registration, the gap between active and passive citizens will continue to narrow.Educational level and work experience will affect the self-identity of ”rural to urban”.In response to the conclusions of this article, the author proposes corresponding policy suggestions:(1)personal level: increase the stock of human capital and actively integrate into urban society;(2)community level: organize interactive activities and promote neighborhood acceptance;(3)national level: formulate relevant Integrate policies and ensure the play of human capital. |
