Study On The Influencing Factors Of Urban Integration Of Migrant Workers And Countermeasures

After more than 30 years lived in urban,the agricultural transfer populationin citynow has been fo rmed a solidificated city's survival,the daily life field they built in the city is clearly more and more away fr om the urban society,the internal dualistic contradiction between the city is becoming increasingly acute,an d it becomes a difficult problem for urban social governance.To promote agricultural transfer population int o rhe city is the key factor to realize the effective governance of urban society,and the key of policy formula tion is to explore the influencing factors of the urban integration process.Only to seize the influx of factors in the process,policy formulation can be more targeted,it can also enhance the level of urban governance.T he core of the new urbanization is human modernization,and human modernization is mainly reflected in the field of daily life which contain daily consumption,daily communication and daily values.The field of daily life as an important basic level of urbanization of agricultural transfer population,its status and chang es can directly reflect the process of urban integration.Therefore,this paper uses the analytical framework o f daily life to analyze the factors influencing the urban integration of the agricultural population,and on th is basis puts forward suggestions on the construction of the public service network.The main part of this paper is to study the daily consumption field,daily communication field and daily concept field of the agricultural transfer population under the framework of the analysis of daily life theory.The second chapter analyzes the daily consumption field from the three aspects of occupation,residence,leisure and consumption,and points out that there are some problems such as informal employment in the occupation and residential segregation,which become the "wall" and “divide” that the agricultural transfer population of urban integration into the city must face.However,leisure and consumption is the “key” to open the city gate.The third chapter mainly analyzes the scope of daily communication from three aspects: the scope of daily communication,the main body of communication and the way of communication,and conclude that a wide range of contacts?the diversified communication subject and rational communication way will have a positive impact on the agricultural transfer population.The forth chapter analysis the field of daily values mainly includes life concept,family concept and urban identity,and draws daily values has an important impact on the willingness,the way and the degree of urban integration of the agricultural population.The fifth chapter is based on the analysis of the previous factors,put forward an important policy recommendations for digesting daily life segment from the perspective of government governance.,that is to build a network public service system,which includes the networked infrastructure system,networked career acquisition and mobility system and networked social security system.Only by providing such networked public service system can help agricultural transfer population quickly out of the self-enclosed daily life field,guide it into the city,to achieve urban integration.
