Self-help Research Based On Ability Improvement

Children with mental disorders are a large group in China.The academic community has done a lot of research on the ambulance help for children with mental disorders,but behind the mentally handicapped children is the parents of children with mental disorders who are more numerous than those with mental disabilities.The academic community of mentally ill children has not conducted in-depth research.Since children with mental disorders rely mainly on parental care,research on their parents can better help children with mental disorders.In a small number of studies,there are mainly social work areas,and in general,group work methods are used to alleviate the practical areas such as parental care pressure and emotional counseling.Although they have achieved certain results,they have not fully mobilized the enthusiasm and participation of parents,and their sustainability is not strong.Different from the traditional social worker intervention,the D parent organization is a self-help parent organization established spontaneously by parents with mental disorders.Parents have strong motivation to participate in the activities of the organization to help themselves.The child also helps the children of other parents to practice the spirit of helping others.Parents want to realize self-help and self-help needs to be based on their own ability.In this study,D-parents' integrated education project is taken as an example to show parents how to improve their goals in order to achieve their goal of sending their children to ordinary schools.Ability.In the process of specific ability improvement,the author summarizes the parental ability iceberg model,which is divided into five parts: motivation,self-awareness,basic ability,professional ability and goal.Each part except the target is corresponding to the specific ability to be improved.After the parent's ability is improved,the project implementation is smoothly promoted and the expected goal of the project is successfully achieved.It can be seen that the parental self-help organization in the parent self-help organization can enable parents to solve their own problems,and can help parents who face similar problems to achieve self-help.
