| Since the reform and opening up,China’s urban community self-government organizations have continued to develop.As the main force of community autonomy,urban self-government organizations play an important role in improving the public environment of the community,protecting the vital interests of residents,and promoting the harmonious and stable development of the community.The realization of these functions in the community by the self-organization of the floating population is of great significance to the community,not only making the floating population the main body of community governance,but also achieving the purpose of building a harmonious and beautiful community while responding to the needs of the group itself.In the research in this article,migrant workers in the W community face various problems of unsuitability in the city.Among them,the problem of imperfect public service system is more prominent,reflecting that it is unrealistic and impossible for migrant population services to completely rely on external forces to respond to their needs.Row.So in the face of unfamiliar environment and problems of living together,they need to organize themselves and serve themselves to better adapt to living in the city.However,the focus of the Magency’s services in the internship of the author has always been on how to organize the digging of backbones and other issues,and the improvement of selfservice awareness is often overlooked,resulting in no greater breakthroughs in the service of migrant workers.If the living needs of the members of the organization cannot get a certain amount of mutual assistance,the social organization of the community organized by the social workers can hardly be sustained.This practical study focuses on the topic of self-service awareness improvement in the W community migrant workers who have been organized by agency M social workers to carry out a six-month service and nine groups,focusing on what is self-service and how to make the floating population better self Professional involvement in issues such as services and how to express your needs.Through group and community activities,this practical study found that the use of group work can play a role in enhancing self-service awareness.This role is that social workers can use the questionnaires,interviews,and participatory observation methods to assess the weak self-awareness of the research subjects,the lack of correct channels and platforms for appeals,and the lack of ability and self-confidence of migrant workers.After understanding these problems and needs,the author uses the empowerment theory and group dynamics theory to intervene 9 team members in the form of group work.The entire process is intervened based on the three contents of self-service awareness: first,for the community Timeliness,initiative and intervention of information acquisition;second,for the completion of various affairs,such as solving their spiritual and cultural needs;third,the exercise of higher-level capabilities,such as organization in self-organization Ability and collaboration ability training and improvement.After the group was finished,the team members were evaluated and found that the team work can enhance the self-service awareness of the migrant workers,let them learn how to express their needs in the community during the activities,find ways and platforms to meet their needs,and encourage team members to be more proactive Participate in community affairs,promote mutual help among team members,and transfer the concept of helping others to help among team members,so that they can influence more mobile workers to make changes. |
