With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the development of rural education is facing enormous challenges such as the decreasing number of students,the continuous shrinking of the scale of schools,and the widening gap between urban and rural education.The construction of the teaching staff has always been a difficult problem to be overcome in rural education and an important aspect that restricts the development of rural education.How to better establish a more sustainable teacher replenishment mechanism,which will greatly promote the quality of rural primary education.In 2006,Hunan Province implemented the “Specialist Program for Directional Training of Rural Primary School Teachers”,and for the first time proposed to train “all-round” elementary school teachers at the five-year college level.Afterwards,Chongqing,Guangxi,and Hebei piloted the training of general teachers in rural primary schools.The training of general school teachers in rural primary schools plays an important role in alleviating the shortage of teachers in rural teachers,especially the shortage of teachers in the structure.In addition,the training of general teachers in rural primary schools relies on the systematic education of local normal colleges and universities.Through effective and reasonable curriculum design to help rural teachers achieve professional growth before the job,it will help standardize the construction of rural teachers,and also improve the quality of rural education.However,the training of general teachers in rural primary schools in China started late,lack of theoretical and practical experience.There are various confusions in the teacher-student group in the process of training--how to achieve correct understanding of "all-round" teachers? How is the course integrated? Can normal school students better participate in learning,and how to better acquire the knowledge and ability of general teaching?......This paper uses the literature research method to collect,identify and collate relevant literatures,and strive to comprehensively understand the research results and research situation related to the "university primary school teachers",and then find the starting point of research.Combined with the questionnaire survey method,interview method and text analysis method,a case study of a normal university in the rural primary school teachers training in Henan Province was conducted to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the training of rural primary school teachers.On the basis of the above analysis,the problems existing in the cultivation process are analyzed,and finally a feasible path suggestion is proposed for the training of the general teachers in rural primary schools.The survey shows that the main problems in the process of cultivating general teachers in rural primary schools are: lack of internal motivation for students to apply for examinations,lack of investment in learning behaviors and cognitive input,low satisfaction in teaching,and low positioning in self-evaluation and employment of primary school teachers.In view of the above problems,this study believes that optimizing the training of primary school general teachers should arouse students' internal learning motivation,continuously improve the curriculum system,reconstruct the classroom teaching model,further promote community building,clarify policy orientation,and improve students' employment expectations.
