It has become an urgent task for China’s rural education to train a group of rural primary school general teachers who can "go down","stay"and "do well".However,at present,there are some difficulties in China’s rural basic education,such as the natural small class of schools,the serious loss of rural teachers and structural imbalance.The teacher education of training rural primary school teachers is also faced with the embarrassing situation of imperfect curriculum,the lack of students’ comprehensive knowledge structure and interdisciplinary teaching ability,and the graduates are difficult to meet the requirements of rural basic education.Through the research on the curriculum and implementation of general education teachers in rural primary schools,this paper analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward optimization strategies for the existing problems,which is of great significance to better train high-quality general education teachers in rural primary schools.Based on the definition of the concept of general education teachers in rural primary schools,this paper analyzes the composition of general education teachers’ comprehensive literacy from the aspects of knowledge,will and behavior,summarizes it as "basic literacy","professional literacy"and "developmental literacy",and then discusses the relationship between each literacy composition and curriculum,Form the theoretical basis for analyzing the curriculum of general education teacher training in primary school.Secondly,from the aspects of curriculum objectives,curriculum content and curriculum structure,this paper compares and analyzes the talent training schemes of general teachers in rural primary schools in five normal universities in Hunan Province,and analyzes the problems existing in their curriculum.Thirdly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the graduating students of the five colleges and universities,and the curriculum and implementation,as well as the normal students’ own understanding,emotional attitude and ability preparation of the career of general education teachers in rural primary schools were investigated and analyzed.In-depth analysis of the curriculum of general education teachers in rural primary schools,there are general requirements for training objectives and unclear positioning;Unbalanced curriculum and imperfect structure;The way of curriculum implementation is single and the form is conservative;The curriculum evaluation method is single,and the evaluation reliability and validity are low.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward optimization strategies from four aspects:clarifying training objectives,strengthening guidance and operability;Optimize the curriculum structure and improve the scientificity and rationality;Improve the curriculum implementation methods and focus on professionalism and creativity;Enrich the curriculum evaluation and reflect the authenticity and effectiveness.In order to improve the quality of education and training of general teachers in rural primary schools.
