The flying development of informational technology brings a profound transformation to education, and puts forward new requests at the same time. The teacher is the key man who can develop the curriculum integration of the informational technology availably. So, in order to realize the transmit of traditional teachers to modern ones in information age, practice and research for teacher training have been done at home and abroad. The enhancement of research on information technology teacher training pattern, is one of the best extremely topics of information technology education in the middle schools. However, analyzing the training actuality of information technology at present in our country, we can find that the teacher training is always blocking the development of the curriculum integration.The researcher considers that they always use the conventional training pattern in the former training pattern designs, whose maneuverability is strong. It is propitious to transferring information and instructing technology, but very difficult to solve the above problems.In order to realize the training goal of the information technology and curriculum integration ability, we must break the traditional training pattern.Based on these factors, this article analyze a lot of training cases, and sums up a newpattern of teacher curriculum integration------the training pattern of PBL. It aims atimproving the teachers' information accomplishment, changing their views and finally integrating IT into the subjects they teach. This article designs the training pattern picture of PBL, Conclude the characters of the factors,the principles, the method and the process of the training. It introduces the practical training pattern in five ways, which include the academic foundation, the rationale, the teaching goal, the operating procedures, the realization condition (means and strategies), as well as evaluation and reflection, in order to offer some reference for other teachers who is engaged in the training work.
