Research On Training Policy Of Skilled Talents In Secondary Vocational Schools In Hohhot

At present,China is changing from a big population country to a big human resource country,in which secondary vocational education bears an important historical mission.For many years,secondary vocational schools have always adhered to the orientation of "market-oriented,employment-oriented",vigorously cultivating students' operational skills,and become the cradle of training skilled talents.Nowadays,it has become the consensus of the whole society that "to study technology in technical schools,to recruit workers to find technical schools".According to relevant statistics,the employment rate of current and past graduates of secondary vocational colleges has reached and maintained at more than 95%.To be sure,secondary vocational education has become an important component of the development of Vocational Education in China,but it should also be noted that for various reasons,secondary vocational schools also have an awkward situation of survival in the crack.In order to better sort out the ways of training skilled talents in secondary vocational schools,the needs of enterprises and the public policies of local governments,combined with the above background,this paper takes the development of secondary vocational education in Hohhot as an example,and makes a special study on the policy of training skilled talents in secondary vocational schools.Firstly,the paper elaborates the background and significance of the policy of training skilled talents in secondary vocational schools,the relevant theories of training skilled talents in secondary vocational schools serving the development of local industries;secondly,aiming at the relationship between the development of new market industries and the demand of skilled talents market,as well as the systematization of training skilled talents,it discusses Hohhot.Thirdly,combining with the theory of government public policy and other aspects,this paper combs the problems and reasons existing in the operation of the public policy of Hohhot municipal government on the training of high-skilled talents.Finally,combining with the actual situation of Hohhot city,it puts forward the improvement of finance.Policy,enterprise guidance policy,enrollment policy and other targeted improvement measures and measures.It is hoped that this study will play a positive role in adjusting the policy of training skilled talents in Hohhot.
